We were very well looked after by the Supervisor Amy and the concierge staff Steve as they advised us on sightseeing, shopping and dining plus providing umbrella without us requesting for it. The hotel facilities were comfortable and deserve the 4 star rating. We were always able to get taxis promptly by the hotel staff. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and we would want to stay in this hotel when we come to Shanghai in the future.

The hotel is ok, but a bit far out of the tourist area. Regarding the room,the bathroom of a standard room is small. The beds are very hard but it's mainly the case in China. The good point, there is a good choice of pillow! and the hotel is not noisy!
