Hotel is comfortable but a little tired. The exercise facilities are very limited, small exercise room. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Great position to Metro-bus, Laundramat, Restaurants, Supermarket and Chemist. Everything you need is in this location. Have a great stay we did.

A Hotel which is starting toshow its age. Hot water supply is very variable. Breakfast is poor. There are better hotels in Brussels.

lovely hotel. nice clean sized rooms. friendly staff. gorgeous bar area with nice food. not far from airport, cant hear anything. free shuttle bus service to & from airport, which had a cock up at the airport end, not hotels fault. very nice stay

The facilities promised were not available or in working order. We were charged for a service (TV&INTERNET) although we could not use it. The welcome by the receptionist on arrival was very cold, verging on rude.
