Great hotel, great staff !! Very clean hotel, staff is amazing, complementary breakfast is good to start the day. Need renovate bathroom, other than that, no complains, i'll be back!!

Where do I start???? Room was gross and dirty, asked for an extra sheet for the bed and the receptionist barley spoke English and told me they didn't have any. We also asked for some ice and they told us to go buy it at the Cvs store down the street.Then very loud traffic noise and people yelling in the hallways and slamming doors all night only to be woke up by a loud outdoor concert at 7 in the morning that felt like it was in our room. The room we were put in was smaller than a shoebox. This type of hotel gives a bad name to small hotels.

The hotel location is very close by the Miami Convention center and Lincoln Avenue. However, the room accommodation may need some improvements. Even though it looks very trendy on the display, it reminds me of living in a dorm. In addition please don't expect too much from continental breakfast.

The room itself was bright, pretty and comfortable. However, I had tons of bugs in the bathroom and it was raining inside the elevator. I wouldnt stay there again but for someone needing a quick night stay, it wouldnt ne awful.

Room was clean & very nice! However it and the bathroom were smaller than more modern hotels. Easy hike to the beach and Licoln square,and just far enough from all the activity on Ocean drive! The only things I would change about the hotel is no ice or vending machines, lack of parking to wait on valet. The hamburgers at 5 Napkins in Lincoln square are incredible though!
