Staff is very friendly, room is in good size, clean and contained everything you need.

Nice hotel, friendly service.However the staff speaks practically no foreign languages, so it is rather difficult to communicate.The restaurant is medium class, unfortunately life music and the possibility for just anybody to sing thai karaoke style is somehow disturbing as the quality and loudness of the performances can spoil the otherwise satisfactory dining experience.Wine and quality beverages were not available, so everybody who cares for a good drop has to bring his own bottles.

It's a nice and quite place but the location is out of town so it's a good place for ones who travel with theier own transportation.

A good place to stay, clean & nice scenary; value for money. Unlike those resort in mountains, this one is not too far from city. But need to budget in the transportation cost. I would want to stay there, if going back to chiangmai again.

We were comfortable at Green Lake Resort. One disadvantage was its distance from central Chiang Mai. Assuming the prices remain reasonable and one is happy to be outside the city, Green Lake Resort is a decent choice.
