It is a nightmare. Plenty of reasons. First, I wasn't been told breakfast is where nor when. So I wake up at 9am and went downstair to have breakfast directly.However they told me the breakfast is 8-9 am and I was just late. Considering the cleanness standard of this bb, I am OK to have breakfast at somewhere else. Secondly, I was been bite by moskitos. The huge spots on my hand,arm and feet course is a disaster.Third, they claim their card machine does not work after swap my card twice. I wasn't been given any recipt to improve those swaps are invalid. I paid by cash. So if I found I am triple charged, I will not be surprised. There are a number of b&b at earls court, pay ten pound extra and go for a proper one. Avoid this one please! I wasn't been able to sleep until 2am becase the window is just opposite the rail/overground service. If you are not good at climb floors, dont bother to come to this one either. No lift, no air-con, thin wall, no service and no breakfast for me.

Still my favourite low-budget little hotel in London

One of the best low-budget hotels to stay in central London, with a great location very close to Earls Court tube station. No frills, but a nice breakfast, friendly staff and an excellent price. I recommend this for anyone not too fussy about room quality but eager for a decent place to stay on a budget.

wireless internet didn't work, had to ask staff to reset router, be aware. No lift in hotel, stayed on 4th floor, it was a pain to carry my luggage upstairs. Wall paper falling off the ceiling, stairs squikling, felt like they were going to collapse. Most of the staff were friendly, except the one does the grave yard shift. Breakfast was good. I knew what I was getting for what I paid for (cheap for London's standards), so not complaining. Just don't expect the hotel to be a paradise, as it is not.

need some refurnishment and a big clean up, because most of the area and some facilities look so old and dirty. Also, should mention what breakfast is actually provided, otherwise the vistors wouldn't get up earlier for it and end up with disappointment
