Great Parnassus Resort & Spa All Inclusive Guest Reviews
Clean and new hotel...great fo kids but it also has some good activities for the adults too ( Adults only bar, a karoke ba, adults only pool and jacuzzis...etc) , friendly staff, nice pool area and activities , and beautiful beach. Cons: - $15 per day for the internet. - Elevators are slow and insufficient for a big hotel

We spent two weeks and enjoyed all of it. Lots of dinning choices, not the best food in the world, but enjoyable and the staff make it a very nice place.

Great Parnassus is a great value - the food is great, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly. this is a return trip for us - we had a great time last year and came back only to find that some of the restaurants were closed - boo hoo a little disappointed - not the end of the world. We did go to the sister resort for a day, the Golden Parnassus, very nice as well, smaller. The kids club is great, the firls there are amazing. The staff overall were fantastic, the waitresses at the pool couldnt be nicer or more on top of things, most of the bartenders were amazing. Fernando at the adult pool had your drink ready. a very very nice place for a great value.

Only stayed one night instead of 7. Switched to the sister hotel, the Golden Parnassus. Rooms were not up to standards with the jacuzzi being broken in both rooms we were put in. Also the tv was out of order in 1 of them. The deluxe room bathroom was super small so we upgraded to the club room. nice room but like i said the jacuzzi was broken. moved us once again to a suite and we had the same issue. That's why we decided to move places. Buffet food was all we tried, and it was pretty good. Lots of choices. Not very much entertainment for guests was planned and bars/pools were pretty deserted. I would not stay here again.

This was actually our second stay at The Great Parnassus, however, it will probably be our last! We stayed in one of the ocean front suite rooms which had an awesome view with a great balcony with a jaccuzi tub that unfortunately took at least an hour to fill with luke warm water at best. The bed in our room was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. We liked the layout of the hotel and the restaurants/food are good, but we will probably not go back due to the hot water problems and the sleeping conditions.
