I returned to stay at the Grand Kemang with rather high expectations and was sadly disappointed. I used to enjoy the hotel for its friendly efficient service, this time I sensed that they are totally focused on the bottom line in an extremely impersonal way. Firstly I checked in with a reservation by [this website] and they couldn't find the reservation of my colleague, we were given smoking rooms in different floors having specifically requested non-smoking. I inquired if they had WiFi in the hotel which I was informed I must pay for and I couldn't even log into! The only happy part was breakfast where the staff made an effort to make us comfortable.

Great Location for walking to restaurants in Kemang etc, efficient hotel, however the pool area did not encourage relaxation. Breakfasts excellent. Just the pool that would make us reconsider staying there the next time

A very good quality hotel, with excellent food and service. I was surprisied that I had to pay as much as I did for the internet though...
