Grandeur Hotel Dubai Guest Reviews
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very basic. Only problem was that the in-room safe didn't work. We told front desk staff about it, but by the third day it still wasn't fixed. Other than that, the staff was very attentive and friendly.

I booked through [website] and when we arrived (late check-in) everything was organised. THe staff were very helpful. Although not many people know about this hotel, it is relatively easy to explain to the cab drivers.

Hotel was neat and clean, however the finishing was rushed in isolated places e.g some excess sealant around the bathroom area hadn't been removed

The Grandeur is a brand new hotel. This means that the staff is still trying to figure stuff out and that the hotel is in the middle of a construction area. A car is required, as walking is dangerous and taxis don't come often. For a fourstar hotel I was pretty disapointed. Here are some points: - Did not allow early check-in - The gym and pool close early - In my room the TV sound did not work - The closet area has no light, whole room pretty dark - No welcome drink or complimentary water in the room - Shampoo yes, conditioner no / bath leaked - No towell hangers in bathroom Overall: The bed was really comfortable and with time this hotel will likely improve
