Really a very nice hotel and the hotel staff are friendly.The breakfast buffet was excellent.Only the drawback is the location,too far from the shopping complex and restaurants.

Upon checking in, we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a family room.Considering the price, the apartment was comfortable and clean.Good if the apartments can go through some minor upgrading - as floor tiles and wardrobes are pretty old.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the condition and service provided by this hotel. Within walking distance from Citraland, it provides us with some convenience for shopping and food. However, we thought thot that it is about time that the hotel towels be replaced. Not only were the texture course and rough, its dirty-white colour is also an indication that they needed new replacement.
