Staff never helpful, wouldnt even make phone call to confirm flight, very poor Wifi works for 10 minutes then drops out. Rooms old fashioned. Views very bad, shanty like, food basic.

value for money, but can find all round better hotels in pattaya.staff not friendly at all.usually most thai people in hotels are very friendly.breakfast was the same menu for all 4 days.i recomended this hotel for people travel with there familys.for guys who goes to have fun not the best place

I found the Hotel to be very clean & good value for money. The staff were there if needed ( slight toilet flushing problem fixed within a few hours.) But remained quiet and out of sight most of the time. Pool area was nice and location is good for shopping ,Beach or Nightlife. A touch old in decor but very clean & comfortable.

Stayed 3.5 days 3 nights, close to all amenities and within walking distance of most places. Found all staff to be courteous and helpful. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory. I would stay there again if required.
