Grand Seriti Hotel Bandung Guest Reviews
Was disappointed when arrived hotel Grand Seriti, the duty manager told me have some misunderstanding, their room is full need to change to other hotel (Carrcadin Hotel). But their services was great, sending us to factory outlet and shopping area FOC. The next day, we having dinner at a restaurant near to grand seriti, initailly we requesting the staff to help to call a taxi, the duty manager offered send us back to Carrcadin instead. Thanks.

The hotel location not so nice

This is my first time going to Bandung. When I first touched down, I was greeted at the airport by the Hotel concierge with whom I have already made prior arrangements to pick us up. The customer service was excellent at the hotel throughout my stay. Though they knew little english, they tried their best to understand what we were trying to convey. One my third day when i took the car arranged by the hotel, i left my jacket in the car and when i informed them of this after i only found out in my room, they quickly made arrangements to locate the guy and get my jacket back for me which i thought was fabulous. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is situated a little upslope and very near a supermarket which is really good. They had everything you want sold there. The location of the hotel is pretty serene. It is situated in the millionaires district i would say as we have all the big and beauiful houses alongside our hotel.

too noisy when nights come, because of Karaoke music or some music sounds, that bother us untill 2 AM , that happen every night.

I stayed in the hotel during the weekend for two nights. I think the hotel is fairly priced. For a 4 star hotel with that rate, the service I received was very good. The room is pretty spacious with flat LCD TV and was very clean. Room amenities was good and complete. Breakfast was very good. They have a small swimming pool, a bonus for a boutique hotel. The location is also nearby a supermarket that has a food court with a good variety of nice food to choose from. My only complaint was the water in the shower cannot be mixed between hot and cold water. So either you get hot water or very cold water. And you couldn't get warm water. But that is minor compare to other good things in the hotel.
