I've booked 3 deluxe rooms requesting for king size beds as there are 3 couples but when I arrived I was told that the booking was made for twin beds and I will need to top-up the difference of RM50 per room for a king size bed, also the rooms won't be on the same floors. Since we were there only for a night we decide to just take the twin beds and remain on the same floor. When we arrive in the room, we were surprised that this hotel is rated 4-star because the sofa was torn, the kettle was broken, the power socket was not working, the tv was old with a missing battery cover for the remote and the keycard slot for the room power wasn't working properly either. Overall, major disappointment! A 2-star hotel can do better than them.

It was great, except the cleanliness of the room. I found some cockcroach in the room. But except that, everything worth the value.

Generally everything is great, the price worth the value. The only one cons is the cleanliness of the room. It is horrible, I found cockcroch in the room .

We would NOT recommend this hotel. First of all, the hotel guest comprise of Asian Indian ( guests. Thus the hotels focuses their service (food,entertainment,decor,staff) to those people. Guest from western countries would not be as comfortable. In addition, we were woken up by room construction noise directly above us, with no prior warning. When we called down to front desk, all they can say was sorry. When we spoke with a manager, all she said was also sorry and that they should have moved us to a different room a day prior...no compensation of any kind was given. THE WOSTE "4 STAR" HOTEL I HAVE EVER STARYED AT!!!!!
