Overall impression is quite favorable. Breakfast food and service quality can use a lot of improvement: supervisor should check for freshness of food being served, waiters should be more attentive and prompt.

We spent three nights in this fine hotel; food was great and the staff was just outstandingly kind. We learned to play pool in the pub. We will certainly come back to this hotel when again in Bandung.
