My friend and I spent 3 nights in this hotel in June. The knifes for cooking are not sharp enough to cut any fish or meat. And the worst thing is my friend's accessorise bag was missing after the cleaning. She left her bag, all make-up stuff on the dinning table before we went out and we asked for a cleaning service before leaving. When we came back, the accessorise bag was missing. We did find the whole flat and even phone the reception. They just give apologize and ask us to check the room again. We were quite unhappy with missing personal belongings during staying in this hotel. It never happened before when we stay in other hotels. Untrained staff are a big problem. It's totally a nightmare and we will ever never stay here again.

I was so shocked and angry that my accessorise bag was missing after cleaning. I phoned the reception twice to ask for my property, but they just said apologise and asking me to double check myself. The missing bad is not very expensive but things inside have so much meaning to me. They just gave me a short apologize then pretend as innocent. This hotel looks comfortable in their pictures, but the room is very small, decoration is worse than what you seen in their picture. The Knifes in kitchen are totally not sharp enough to cut a meat.

We spend 4 nights in this very well located hotel and will definetely come back again!

Family holiday, two adults and two small girls. We were allocated in a room on the basement. The room was so crammed that you barely had any space to turn around. There was no natural light coming in through the windows, very low ceilings, dirty carpets, uneven floors, the room was next to the launderette so it was very noisy and smelly. The staff at reception were really rude. The hotel is really close to the underground and there are plenty of good restaurants and shops.
