This was my second visit to this hotel. I stayed on the Executive Club floor and had a wonderful stay yet again. Fantastic value, location and extremely well kept and clean hotel.

Hotel location is definitely the best seeking point for this hotel. Hotel room is not up to 5 stars hotel standard.

Lobby area was perfect, service was great. What really bothered me was the toilet did not flush properly, may be because it was old. We called maintenance, they came up to have a look and the response was "that's the way it work, you need to press it, hold it and press it again and again and again..." Imagine you have just done a poo poo and have to stand there for 3 minues trying helplessly to flush......In a so called 5 star hotel which you have spent big bucks for??? I DON'T THINK SO

I always stay in Grand Millenium when I visit KL, mainly for the location and the nice rooms for the price. The biggest downfall is the cost of internet usage and lack of wi-fi in the rooms. 60RM for one days internet usage is excessive when most places nowdays supply it for free. Other than this, Grand Millenium is a great place to stay and location is key.

Very convenient location in Bukit Bintang. Next doow to Pavillion Shopping Centre and only about 10 min walk to Low Yat PLaza (Techo nerd heaven)
