the hotel is infested by cocroaches especially in the kitchen and toilets..the apartment is spacious and the staff are efficient except the room service is hopless..when you order food they forget to put alll the things which are mentioned in the menu..happen three times on me..that`s how bad with the servive and the quality of food very poor.I WON`T RECOMEND TO FRIENDS AND WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN

Assistance to application of Visa by hotel was delayed to the last minutes before we leave our country which cost us much anxiety. Upon arrival in Dubai, no airport hotel transfer was provided even though we had earlier requested and willing to pay a cost of AED75 at their request. We tried to connect wireless Room Internet, which was charged at AED15 an hour with snail speed. We couldn't get connected most of our stay and had to resort to use the business centre. Rooms were not serviced or cleaned on several occasions. Card Door keys never seem to work, most of the time we were left standing outside the apartment door and going to reception to have the keys replaced. Breakfast is the only thing that's just ok. This is really not value for money, definitely not a 4 stars hotel!
