Palm Cove is a great place to visit and we were particularly impressed with this hotel. The room was large with all the facilities you would need, also very clean. The pool area is beautiful and is clearly designed to make use of, and have minimal impact to, the natural environment. We would not hesitate staying here again.

Loved my stay - the only 2 complaints are that of: the contant banging of the doors when the staff arrive at work in the morning it begins about 6:00pm. When you are on holidays its nice to sleep in if possible. What really bugged me was that some of the guest would put their towels on the lounges around the pool area where the sun was and then go away for the day, only lying around the pool area for about an hour a day but laying claim to the lounge area when they weren't there. I actually spoke to a foreign gentleman as he seemed to do it all the time for himself, wife and 2 friends. But he more or less told me he had a right to do it. Once again I did have a lovely stay and the staff were fantastic and yes I would definatley stay there again.

We travelled here with our 6 month old and we had a pleasant stay. Self contained apartment worked well, facilities nice and clean and great location. Pool a little cold (not heated) to take baby into but otherwise beautiful place to stay. Would stay here again no problems, very helpful staff. Did not get room cleaned for whole 7 day stay - assuming that this was unusual, did expect housecleaning half way through stay, just meant that we were running low on dishwashing detergent.

We were fortunate in that we were upgraded to a superior unit which was very spacious with all modern facilities and well equipped kitchen. The pool was one of the best I have come across.
