Looking tied around the edges. Needs some maintenaince. The WIFI isn't good with no reception in my room.

Requested for pool side room during booking and on arrival, did not allocated a room far from pool although poolside rooms were available. Bathroom tiles were old and stained and housekeeping service ws very poor. Had to request for clean towels and toliet rolls as well as shampoo and body lotion. Wine at restaurant was very expensive.

Nice place to stay, great swimming pool, friendly helpful staff. Short walk to beach.

Very nice hotel which was let down by lack of service. Very difficult to get reception to answer phone, never any answer from beauty spa,took ages to check out.

The hotel is approx 400 metres from the beach.But the hotel pool is fantastic and the staff were really nice.We got a great deal off the site for a 3 bedroom suite with a plunge pool,which I can highly recommend.There is not a lot to do in Broome in the Wet Season,but it was relaxing and would like to stay again in the future.
