Although currently undergoing refurbishment there was no inconvenience caused or excessive noises from work in progress. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. food especially breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend a visit.

First time in Jersey, very impressed especially with the Grand Hotel. Good location, comfortable rooms, excellent food and helpful staff. No downside.

The only problem was that car parking is very restricted. Otherwise, we were delighted with the hotel and the hotel staff were superb.
