Staff were very friendly and the location was great. Across from the beach and next door to the new huge shopping centre attached to the Sheraton. I think it was called the Beachwalk. Close to Poppies 2 where all the markets are and a really central place to stay in Kuta. There were a lot of kids in there late teens staying there probably because the price was reasonable. The swim up pool bar was fun and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We usually stay at very cheap losmans but as we are getting a little older took a punt on this great deal. We wanted to be close to the beach and Poppies lanes , this was a perfect location, set back in lovely grounds, opposite the beach. The attention we received was so friendly. The room nicely set out , very clean and the staff helpful in attending to any ,matter. the restaurant fantastic ,will return

Can't get better value for money. Staff were very friendly, facilities are old but well-maintained and clean. Will definitely stay at the Istana Rama again.
