Hi, the overall condition of hotel is quite good and cozy. The restraunant and bar has the fixed time to open so it will not convenient to serve the client when they are on late flight. The japanese restraunant cooke quite well as well as the staff ambience. Good value for money within the area. Its a big hotel but didnt very new. So still recommende.

Grand Hyatt Resort Bali

The Grand Hyatt Bali is truly a world-class 5 star hotel We enjoyed the excellent beach and 6 swimming pools everyday. The Regency Club staff were quite helpful and friendly, although I did feel somewhat uncomfortable when they questioned me about my room number whenever I was in the Club lounge. I didn''t see them questioning other guests in the lounge, and this made me wonder whether they discriminating against my wife and I. This could possibly be attributed to my age (27), since most of the other guests were older and "looked" like they belonged in the lounge. I didn''t check out all the various restaurants in the resort, but we did have a dinner buffet at the "Pasar Sengol." Very good selection of food (Asian and Western and the Balinese dance show was very entertaining. Overall, we had an excellent time and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Grand Hyatt Resort Bali

The food costs were outrageous. They were priced at the same costs as major US locations. The lowest luncheon entree was 75000 rupiah plus 10% plus 10%. There was no coffee shop available for light meals let alone a cup of coffee or tea.

I can hardly believe this is one of Grand Hyatt chain hotels, I was disappointed at it, this is the worst Grand Hyatt I''ve ever seen. The garden and surrounding ambience is good, but the breakfast and room facilities are bad, the rooms need refurbishment.
