The room was small but comfortable, the view was the opposite of a building with sideway views of the city, rod laver arena, the minibar could have been filled with wines, more nibbles. More hotels should ask if internet is needed!!

Fantastic locatian, staff very accommodating and helpful. Viewed fireworks from our room. Will definitely stay again. Great way to start off the New Year.

Our room was on the 20th floor. Initial impressions of this hotel were excellent, classy environment and impeccable service from the cheerful staff. The room was clean and modern as expected. However room noise insulation was sadly lacking with sleep being constantly disrupted by guests talking in the corridor and excessive plumbing noise whenever a bathroom was in use. Fortunately the bed was very good so it was easy to get back to sleep. This lack of quality in room design/construction really spoilt the experience, easily one of the worst we have encountered. Also the bistro was good but way overpriced, especially considering the menu on offer.

Booked a Club room for 2 nights - room 3001 - small room but fantastic amenities and view. Being close to the lifts it was noisy when people returned from big Saturday nights out. Staff were excellent, all very young, but extremely efficient and friendly. Executive Club on the 31st floor was great for the refreshments during the day, cocktails and food at night and the continental breakfast in the morning.

Love this hotel for its very grand foyer, artworks and decor. Absolutely impeccable. Classy great bathroom . Its swimming pool area could be a little more decorous,. Being adjacent to the gym, there is little privacy and the view is not pleasant. The surrounding area is good and shopping nearby. The room clean and has all amenities.The hotel restaurant furniture needs upgrading and the food is not that good, given the high prices.
