Great that you offer in room entertainment such as music and videos but the price of each is very high. The cost to purchase a movie at $15.95 is only just short of the purchase price at JB-Hi Fi, maybe a rental price of $5-$6 would be more realistic. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly.

nice hotel but not value for money i booked a club king room and it was very small they asked me if i would like a river view or city view and i said city . and i got a view of the office block across the road so for the price very unipressed

Stayed 3 nights at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne We really enjoyed our stay The location was central to everything and the staff were all very friendly and obliging. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended

the stay was amazing very good location easy to get around close to federation square and short walk to the crown casino. service was great and the room was very clean. will stay again when in melbourne
