Perfect location if you want to go shopping on Orchard Rd. Internet access should be free for price paid Otherwise fantastic service - everyone polite and accommodating Great buffet breakfast - could choose a great variety from a number of food stations

This hotel is good. Very clean and comfortable, but little noisy. Playing tennis is ristricted above 18 years old one.

Guests that like to live in what feels like the concourse of Grand Central Station would love the Hyatt. The rooms are centrally air-conditioned and very damp (all clothes hung in the wardrobe were wet). There are hundreds of people all over the place and it''s a twenty minute walk from the room to the lobby. Home from Home it sure isn''t.

We were travelling with our 11 month old baby and were very impressed with the room layout, especially the shutters which seperated the bedroom from the living area. Having a second toilet in the living area was a life saver. This allowed us to completely relax without disturbing the baby. A great standard of room and excellent facilities within (towelling robes, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, bowl of fresh fruit etc.). We have already recommended this hotel to several friends.
