The view from the hotel room is splendid. The facilities are all very good. I certainly would recommend the hotel to my friends in view of the above. But I am sure they would expect more smiles and warmth from the hotel of the staff.

Having lived in Japan for over 10 years, you tend to grow demanding on service. I was expecting a bit more professional and friendly staff. The hotel itself is impressive and it is worth the experience.
