We stayed here Thurs-Sun and had absolutely no complaints, except maybe the price, but when you stay at a Hyatt you know that going into it :-) But seriously, the hotel was absolutely spotless, the rooms amazingly clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the staff was 100% on-the-spot. Best service I have ever experienced in 36 years of traveling 4 continents. The only real "complaint" was the cooking of the breakfasts. The room service lunch & supper was good, but the omelets & french toast that came with the continental breakfast was not good. The recipe did not seem to be good, nor was the actual cooking. Even with the tiny portions they came in, my wife & I could never even combine to finish a single serving of the omelets or the french toast :-( And since she is 8months pregnant, leaving behind food should tell you something :-)

I live in Seoul and it was a great get-away. The location, staff, and ambiance were fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone!

Location is particularly nice at night. However it is not so convenient to access subway from the hotel.

This Hyatt is located close to a major shopping and eating area and has great restaurants located right in the hotel. The pool area is fantastic!
