Really nice hotel with great stores and friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and service was great. I would stay there again.

This is a nice hotel, no doubt, but it is not like the Grand Hyatts in the Gulf region. The food and beverage outlets were good to very good, and we particularly liked the Lounge which is open all day for coffee, snacks, small meals and drinks. The breakfast was great, too. The rooms let the hotel down - the beds are hard and the airconditioning noisy.

its was a good stay mainly because the place amman itself is so beutiful, the hotel is goos only one thing they need to change about it is that the business center should be available for 24 hours. other then that it was great.

Excellent intoduction to Jordan! superb service, friendly & very helpful staff. breakfast was 6*! & dinner at italian just as good.Stayed 2 nights. Highly recommend.
