Grand Hotel Verona Guest Reviews
Absolutely wonderful hotel in a gorgeous city. My only suggestion woul be to ask for a top-floor room as the noise penetration from above was a bit loud, especially if you're sensitive to noise. Otherwise, everything was perfect. PS If you're travelling alone, ask for the "single" size room, as it had a double bed in it.

It was an extremely pleasant stay, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was very well appointed, decor was beautiful and the hotel was well positioned as well. Breakfast was very pleasant. I stay in hotels around 100 nights a year for work, and I have to say this would have to rate up there as one of my favourite! Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Excellent hotel, but the staff was not welcoming or warm, rather very cold.

This is a very good hotel. Ideally placed between the train station and the centre of Verona, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Lots of paintings and sculptures create an elegant and up-market feel. Lots of choice at breakfast, including scramled egg and bacon. Although there is a room service/bar menu, the Grand does not have a restaurant.

Very friendly staff, excellent location near railway station and close to old town centre and Arena, would recommend for a 2 / 3 day visit.
