This is a nice hotel in an older building. It was clean and comfortable. A big plus is free WLAN internet. I would stay here again if in Sapporro.

The reception staff are able to converse in English and the front desk manager was particularly helpful. Great and comfortable hotel to stay in. The buffet spread for the morning breakfast was excellent! The local bus that takes tourists to the local sights stops at the front of the hotel. Good value for money.

The room facilities are a touch dated but are fine. An excellent hotel.

In general, a very good upscale hotel. A couple of minor gripes though. There were was no washing machines or laundrette for guests to do their own washing, and I had to pay 2000 Yen every time I wanted to use the gym. Other than that, a very nice hotel with very good facilities and customer service. I would reccomend this hotel with confidence. Michael, Melbourne Australia

Great Hotel, good location, very friendly staff. Some rooms very warm, needed to open window to cool down, but would go back again any day.
