Far from the city, situated right on a busy Piazza and hence very noisy at night.

Even though the hotel is located near the Subway, the hours of operation were not late enough. The last train was around 10 pm. Also the way the hotel is built, half the rooms opens up to the top of their restaurant vents, thus making the rooms smelly and very dark.

Staff at the reception not so friendly und impatient. Although the dinning room was very big, on busy days we couldn't find a clean place to sit down and have breakfast. Unconfortable steps to get to the reception with all the luggage.

Generally, the hotel was good enough taking into account the average of hotels from Rome. Every time I go to Rome, I know that level of hotels is low, so I don't expect much. So, Grand Ritz it was worthed for a small vacation. Room was very clean, fair variety of breakfast. You can also go down town quite easy. I recommend to use the train that takes you directly to Euclide Plaza (connection to Flamimio-Plazza del Popolo) than to use bus 910.
