Overall great hotel with spectactular views of lake como. However I would not recommend dining in L'escale as menu is limited (you have to cook it yourself) and expensive

Beautiful location and facilities but the restaurant does not match the rest of the hotel. The food is OK but the service is oppressive. I would recommend the hotel but also that after having drinks on the lovely terrace you went elsewhere to eat!

This is an excellent luxury hotel. The people are warm, helpful, and friendly. The location is beautiful and an extra bonus is the ability to easily access the ferry's that can take you to other great spots like Bellagio, Como, Lecho etc. My wife and I love this hotel and will be back.

Had a lovely room, thanks to an upgrade. Restaurant pricey and waiters try too hard to be 'charming'. Beautiful location - try to arrive by the Rapido boat from Como. Boat drops you minutes away from hotel.
