Location
Perfectly located on the shores of the lake of Lucerne, the Grand Hotel National Lucerne offers an easy access to the old city, all important sights, shopping and the train station. From the hotel there are views across the lake to the alps.

This hotel was beautiful, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and the view from our balcony was unbeatable. It would be nice if they offered transportation to the train station, but it was such a nice day that we didn't mind the walk.

After spending a weekend at the Grand Hotel - we came home well rested and well looked after - even if it cost us a fortune - very expensive Hotel -

Very beautiful hotel with nice rooms and a very good restaurant. The view on the Lake Luzern is wonderful. The staff is also very kind. This is a real 5* palace ! An exceptional experience !

Only negative was that the shower head was really low. Excellent service. They noticed it was my birthday and brought up a complimentary gift. Restaurants were amazing too.
