We loved this hotel! Very clean, friendly and helpful. The conciege was very helpful with directions of getting around. We were very centrally located and could literally walk to almost alll the major tourist attractions. The food was good. Very pleased with this hotel. Very lovely lobby. A very good breakfast included with room rate and it stays open till 11am, which means one can take it a bit easy on a holiday. Worth every penny!

The hotel was delightful with a beautiful dining room for breakfast and a lovely roof top pool and bar (great for the end of a busy day touring the museums and sights of Florence!). The Church is magnificent, one of the most important in Italy we have heard, and the hotel is a very close walk to all that you want to see and do in Florence but the park is a little "seedy" on the weekends. Otherwise, we loved the experience and would return!

Location is absolutely excelent. Food and beverage are top, breakfast is equilibrate and empty trays are always replaced by attentif staffs. Pricing brings evaluation down because it is just too much especially for eastern time. But it's Florence!
