This hotel is first class all the way. It is impressive from the first moment that you enter and continues when you walk the wide corridors to your room. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are outstanding.

Had an absolutely fabulous night's stay at the Grand - very nice suite with king size bed, high ceilings and well fitted out on the 6th floor. The air conditioning did what we wanted it to do and the double glazing ont he windows certainly kept all the city noise out. But it was the bed that was the "piece de resistance" - it was to die for. My partner and I agreed that we had never slept in a more comfortable bed in our lives. It was so comfortable and it seemed to welcome and hold you so that you never wanted to leave!! - yes it was that good. There was a card in the room asking guests to speak with hotel staff if they wanted to know about the signature beds, which we did on check out. We will now be ordering the topper, the pillows and the duvet for our own bed to replicate this delicious experience. Well done - and would recommend the same for anyone.

We had a lovely stay in a very grande hotel. We do not have anything to complain about, our suite was beautiful and clean, the staff were very friendly and happy to help, our breakfasts and service in the dining room was exceptional and the location was fantastic. We will certainly be coming back and recommending this grande hotel to our family and friends. Thank you.

The hotel is in a very good location,friendly staff and the room service and cleanliness is good. The lighting is very poor and hardly a five star hotel. About a 4 star hotel and overpriced.
