As I was working all week, I didn't use the pool, which might be what earns this hotel a 4-star rating. It is really, however, a 3-star hotel. The people are very nice and helpful. There is a restaurant and cafe open 24 hours overlooking the street (but, be warned, smoking is allowed), and the street has plenty of other eating places. It is a 3-minute walk to the nearest metro-tram stop, and a 10-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar. The room is a bit tired, but adequate. The shower is very good (but a high step to get in). The breakfast is very good also.
