This hotel is BAD, stay away Some of the worst things about the hotel 1) Reception staff - extremely impolite, they hung up my phone when I asked for information 2) Size of the room and especially bathroom : very tiny, sufficient for a single person only 3) Location - far away from the city center, atleast 30 min by bus and train 4) Facilities - virtually none provided- no kettle, iron 5) Food quality: breakfast was bad, no variety at all 5) Check in time- 3:30 pm, hotel is very strict on this, we waited for 6 hours to get the room and hotel did not provide any courtesy sevices (internet in lobby, water) during this time Good things 1) Price is very affordable Overall this hotel does not match up to its 4 star status

It is just near the central station, by walking distance. Hotel needs to be renovation. Double woom was enough big. It worths to stay, I can stay again.

The hotel was adequate but the facilities were not up to the standards that I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Check-in took about 30 minutes because the check-in person kept answering the phone and barely acknowledged my presence. The manager simply sat behind his computer, not bothering to actually get up and help. Then they couldn't find a record of my booking (later that day another guest had the same problem, so this appears to be a recurring problem). Also, the person who checked us in was curt and unfriendly and also quite scruffy! He certainly did not present the hotel in the best way. Needless to say, I did not give them a very good rating in their own survey. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
