This is one of those mega apartment buildings in Dockands. The apartment was very spacious (2b,2bath) with amazing views. The trams just outside are really handy & the city tram circle one is free. The area is deserted on the weekends when the office blocks are empty. Cafes,7elevens r up side streets. The decor and furnishings were a bit weird as if patched together out of ebay or the trading post. Some of the kitchen drawers were a bit wobbly & in need of maintenance. I am not sure of the definitions around serviced apartments, but they don't come and clean or make beds, while you are there. There were no tea towels, extra towels or bedding, soap. No internet unless you hire one of their modems, & only one lift working. The lady at reception was friendly, which always helps. All up not too bad, a bit daggy but a good base for a bunch of adults (keep little kids away from the balcony, long drop) and hit the city by tram. At $220-290 p/n it wasn't that cheap. Our parking space was difficult to find as they were not sequentially numbered. The acess to our unit from the parking building was also difficult to find but both of these issues only occur the once. Good location and facilities.
