Amazing room trouble is I requested a non smoking room/ floor this could not be done The room stank like an ashtray I had nasal congestion and irritation. Awoke with a raging headache

We have stayed at this Hotel 4/5 times in the last few years and each time have enjoyed the spacious rooms and large beds. The Hotel is easy to get to any place you would wish to go with the aid of Taxis which are very cheap. We arrived after 1.30am from Dubai, there was no welcome or acknowledgement when we were checking in and in fact we felt like we were a nuisance,maybe the fact that we were not in Business attire could have been the problem but we had just come from 42 degrees in Dubai and were addressed appropriately.NO information was given as to how to get to the room,(luckily we knew) but certainly not to the Hotels normal standard, check out was a similar experience

Rooms have seen better days but is good enough given its price. Away from hustle & bustle. A short enjoyable walk away from Robertson Quay

The check-in was hassle free and the lady at the counter was very helpful. Her friendliness and efficiency makes the check-in process enjoyable. We were offered a complimentary upgrade in the room and late check-out. They even gave us a small signature cake as it was one of the guest's birthday. Room was a bay view room and spacious. We are overall satisfied with the room. Bed was clean and comfortable (although it could have been slightly firmer). Offered requested ad-hoc service to help us keep a cake refridgerated. Only hiccup was that it was a slightly more troublesome when trying to retrieve the cake upon check-out. Still managed to retrieve the cack back in the end - so all works out well! It was easy to get to Robertson and Clarke Quay from this hotel and there is also direct bus to get into Orchard. Very convenient location. Only thing is that this is not in the vicinity of any MRT station. Overall, very satisfied and will consider it again for the next booking.
