we stay here for 6 days, the room is clean, wifi ok. but the 4th night has some problem, we can't connect wifi and we must move to the other room 3308, it's good view, good wifi but get a very bad smell from the restroom,we have to close the restroom door while we stay. am so tired to change a new room again. If he can solve this problem, it's a very good hotel.

Good location near beijing road with lots of food and shopping. A bit of a walk to the metro. The room is fine for this price and the staff is pretty on the spot with their service. It is just that the place is starting to show its age.

We stayed on the 23rd floor this time. Apart from the poorly maintained hallways, I found the rooms much, much better than those in my previous stays in Grand Continental. What amazed me was the IMPROVED services from the staff. They have a better grasp of the English language. Thus, the check-in process took them only less than 8 minutes this time. When I expressed my concern of the poor air-con system on my second morning, I came back to a cool room in the evening. I am truly impressed with these improved services. Congratulations to the staff. Keep it up!

I stayed in the this hotel many times. The hotel needs to improve their maintenance. Room 1504, the door of the toilet will not close. The light inside the room is not sufficient.
