Perfectly acceptable business hotel. Internet availability was poor. Helpful staff throughout the hotel.

Well-managed hotel that doesn't show its age. The staff work hard to maintain high standards. Being adjacent to Berliner Tor metro makes for easy travel around HAmburg, but out-of-centre location means lower rates than equivalent hotel in the city centre.

the staff were awesome, gave us free drinks because our room was 10 minutes late, booked us cabs, got us late breakfast, really nice hotel.
