The front desk staff was wonderful and couldn't have been better ... we dealt with them three times. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and quiet. The food in the main dining room was blah at the best ... severely overpriced. The server was not rude, but surly ... with almost a drill sergeant tone to her voice. The lobby bar has a list of beverages available and I ordered the first on the list ... only to be told they didn't carry that brand in winter! This is a large enough chain to be able to afford seasonal menus!

The room was very reasonable. Casino fun steps away. Extremly comfortable bed and pillows!!

The hotel was great...the casino was kinda small.. but i liked it alot... overall experience was great.. I would recommend this hotel and casino to friends and family..

The employees of this casino and hotel were exceptional! At no time did any of them ignore me or act as if I were not important. The breakfast buffet was very good, especially with the Thursday over 50 BOGO. The only uncomfortable thing in the room was the pillows; they appeared very full but when you laid your head on them, the pillows sank to the mattress! We were always supplied with plenty of towels. I would recommend this casino/hotel to any of my friends and family.
