We stayed in Baglioni Hotel Florence in July, 2011 it is conveniently located opposite the train station to the right hand side. Location is very central. Lovery views of Florence from the dining room and from the large beautifully laid out roof terraces. Staff were friendly and very helpful if help was necessary. We would stay there again if in Florence Carherine and Breda Ireland

BEST LOCATION, GREAT ROOF BAR. YES VERY BUSY, BUT GIVEN THAT I WAS THERE DURING THE MAIN TRADE SHOW OF FLORENCE, THEY WERE STILL POLITE AND COURTEOUS

Nice locality, you can walk around every where easily, near to train station. Staff friendly Terresa was very helpful. Breakfast was bit poor choice, place for breakfast was excellent with view of the city. Our room was nice and spacious. Dinning menu was poor,so have to eat out in evening,any way you are out so better eat out and come to hotel.I would like to stay again there.
