My wife and I could not ask for a better hotel and location to travel through out Madrid Spain. The sites were incredible and the people at the Hotel Gran Melia Fenix were helpful and friendly. We plan on using this hotel Chain in the future for future vacations and are planning on using this Hotel as our choice for a starting point.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, it was exceptionally good and would definitely come back here and also recommend the hotel to others. A wonderful experience.

A very well-maintained hotel; staff demonstrated excellent hospitality towards all the guests staying there. Keep it up! Having said that and since there is always a room for improvement, I must say that this hotel needs to show more English speaking TV channels in order for foreigners to feel at home. Regards, UR
