I would like to explain cleanliness: People smoke in the hotel restaurant area and the smell is everywhere! Other than that the place was need and orderly. The level of which the people speak English is challenging. They all believe they speak English and understand English.... however, most comprehend very little beyond city directions.

This is a forty year old hotel clearly in need of renovation. Room size is good but dated furnishings and facilities. Staff not particularly helpful. Good location.
