Very helpful and friendly staff. Cleanliness second to none. Very central and within easy walking distance of shops, sights etc. At a bus stop for the open top touring bus- a must enjoy trip.

Air conditioning in the bedroom didn't work. Telephones worked eventually (or one of them at least). Prices at the bar were expensive. Staff were friendly, but the hotel is a bit of a backwater. Most guests are elderly and on package tours - not a hotel for the younger generation. Adequate though.

The room service is great but in the lobby, the information on the city, the transportation, the places to call or some reservations to make should be easier. It seems that people there, although nice, are really not aware of all those thinks the tourists need to know...
