On entering this lovely hotel, one sees a small but well stocked lending library with inviting armchairs. The room was beautifully furnished and quiet. The closet was large; the writing desk and chairs accommodating. Bathroom + bidet always kept spotless. The staff couldn't have served us better. The breakfast buffet held a large variety of offerings--fresh fruit and salad; meats, fish and cheeses; several kinds of bread, eggs and Spanish omelet, sweet rolls and endless delicious coffee. We'd stay there again without hesitation.

The absolute value for money option. Unexpectedly convenient location (2 min from San Bernardo Metro) 5 minutes from Malasaña, Bilbao for dining, having a drink. The warmness of the personel, the hot buffet breakfast inlcuding a diet corner, made it a unique choice for us. In few words I highly recommend that hotel for solo travelers.

hotel is near city centre,also there is a subway nearby,it is convenient to reach downtown, take taxi to arport only cost Euro 30,not so expensive.

This is a very nicely decorated hotel in a very pleasant place close to a metro station that is on the second line (the one deserving the prado etc.). It faces a little square and you cannot hear the noise of the big street that is nearby. However the rooms insulation is very poor! We could hear our neighbours' TV, speaking and even snoring! People at the reception were very nice. The sauna and gym are not located in the hotel itself.
