The Graha is a nice little area. Quiet and pretty. Unfortunately like me, it is showing its age. The Cinnamon restaurant is ok, spoilt by a loud tv. The gardens are well maintained, and the gym and swimming pool are very good. Some of the apartments could do with some maintenance. All in all quite ok but a bit overpriced.

This place is a real gem. I have stayed in many hotels in Surabaya and this one is one of the best. I was expecting a room, what I got was a 1 bedroom unit, the rooms were huge. It is easy to become lost walking around this estate. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Nothing is to much trouble for them. This is a very large place with many different types of accomadation available. In the future for longer stays I will be coming here. Reasonably close to business area for me. Great gardens, facilities, and staff. I will recomend this place to everyone I know that visits Surabaya in the future. If there is one sad point, it would have to be the lack of internet access from rooms.

It's a good place for holiday. The environment is clean, quiet and cool, full of facilities like jogging track, gym, restaurant etc. All staff are very friendly even the security guard.Definitely I will come again

A nice quiet location with all the facilities I required, internet, food and a swimming pool. Taxi's readily available by phoning reception then its a short taxi ride to shopping and entertainment. Good sized nicely laided out apartments.
