During my holliday stay in Phuket (14 nights) it was the hotel which offered the best quality/price ratio and I intend to come again when in Phulet.

we had to move rooms after two nights of pure hell due to noisly and unruly Russian Guests who gathering in gangs in the corridors of the hotel throughout the day and night. After complaining to the hotel (as did loads of other guests) we were moved to another part of the hotel. The Russians continued their noisy and unruly ways for the whole of the time there unchecked by any of the hotel staff............BIG negative for the hotel

I quite enjoyed my stay in Graceland Resort, 5star resort. The location is great because its just a few blocks walking distance to the bars and markets.The beach is just across the resort and food vendors just accross if you are gamed to buy the true local food. Staff were very helpful and the resort was cleaned every day. Its trully a paradise to stay however the airconditioner was a bit crazy. The service was great because I got upgraded to a junior suite because the hotel was overbooked so it was great at no extra cost. I recommend people stay in the resort the buffet was great, pan cakes and waffles were made on the spot, and so were the eggs. There was fresh fruits and deserts to choose from. I can't wait to go back to the resort. For the price is excellent what you get.
