Overall experience is fine. Only a couple of comments: 1. The front desk doesn't seem to know what "smtp" server means. I asked them what it should be if I want to send emails from outlook. The guy just kept saying "there is no problem with the internet connection". Errrrrrr. I only have this sorted out after my French colleague arrived and asked him what service provider the hotel is using. Then she searched from internet what the smtp is from orange. I thought this is something very basic a front desk person should know. 2. The hotel needs renovation.

Beautiful hotel close to central Paris. Been there 3 times now and would definately go back.

The hotel would be a perfectly good two star hotel, but it is not by any stretch of the imagination the four star hotel it claims to be. They could not provide internet connections for 20 hours, the bath tub drain was blocked, the room was tiny, two of the lights were out, there was no room service except for breakfast, the windows could not open and looked onto the internal lobby, the air conditioning was inadequate etc.

Superb little hotel. Rooms modern and very stylish. Great buffet breakfast. A real find in Paris. Highly recommended.
