The staff really make this place work very well. The restaurant staff, desk staff, room service staff and particularly the friendly and super cool concierge 'Sars' made our stay really special. We felt so at home at the Khatt we stayed an extra night!

It would be very easy to be negative about our stay at this hotel (pool not ready yet, 30 min drive from anywhere, spa not ready) however we enjoyed our stay here. In a year's time when everything is finished I think it will be a great place to relax as a spa hotel (not a beach hotel). If guests can still use the facilities of Al Hamra Beach Resort then it will be a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly. Buffer breakfast was great. If you want to get away from everything this is a great hotel.

It can be improved better in terms of views, room facilities, parking, and more. Also, there is no big difference between the superior and deluxe rooms, I think rooms need improvement too.

we visited this hotel which was just recently opened for two months, it had minor things to do( like finishing the swiming pool, but mind you the guset can use the hydropool in the spa instead) but overall excellent hotel, if you are willing to comprmise on the location as it is away from the shopping area then this hotel is ideal. the palmeria resturant has delicious international cusine,and good value or money. the staff are very polite,helpfull and accomidating i'm defenitly going to pay it another visit and recommend it to my friends. p.s: they have special timing for ladies wishing to use the pool which is good idea.
