Booked hotel on basis of info given on website about facilities - few of which were applicable. No internet access in room, no tea and coffee making facilities, no hairdryer, swimming pool unusable due to plague of pigeons on sun terrace and in water. Electricity on American one pin system that not compatible with European adaptors or UK plugs. Apart from that, room clean and comfortable, breakfast very good, bar and lounge comfortable if a bit pricy, staff helpful though slow.

It is my first time to stay in Farah hotel, it is an excellent hotel, excellent view, excellent location and this reflects on excellent quality of service. I will be visiting Casablanca in April again and will book this hotel again. It is an excellent reccomendation.
